Finn is a lawyer and an experienced advisor to international enterprises within a wide range of business sectors. He is also a litigator and has conducted numerous cases before the High Courts and the Supreme Court in Denmark. Finn has written several books and teaches law.
Lene Rachel Andersen

Lene is a member of the Club of Rome. She has a BA in business economy and studied theology 1993- 97. She is the author of 20 books, among them The Nordic Secret (2017 & 2024), Polymodernity (2019 & 2023), Bildung (2020), What is Bildung? (2021), and Libertism (2022).
Flemming Jørgensen
Board Member
Before Flemming retired, he worked for the cooperative Danish supermarket chain COOP as their community director. For a number of years, he was also the editor of their members’ magazine, Samvirke.
Jeff Risom
Board Member
Jeff holds an MSc in City Design and Social Science from the London School of Economics and a BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, in the US. He is now an independent consultant and before that, he was a partner and chief innovation officer at Gehl Architects.
Jens Reedtz Nedergaard

Jens has worked with innovation at the intersection of business, technology and management for the past 30 years. Several great educations: Board Leadership & Corporate Governance, Executive Master in Leadership and Innovation, Graduate Diploma in Organization & Strategy, Master of Science in Engineering.
